For those of you wondering why I have another FB account.... I am creating one for my own Personal Training Business. I have added you because you are a close friend, have shared my favorite topic of all with me at some point in life, are a past client of mine, currently are working with me or have shown interest in working with me. I plan on using this page to share articles, educate, discuss/debate, track progresses and accomplishments, and more. Currently I do a few different things... In home personal training, partner personal training, studio personal training (searching for a studio to train out where I pay them per client, I will get back to you on locations) coaching and developing plans via email, internet and phone, and food preparation.
