For those that are close to me realize I have a huge fight on my hands with depression. Yes that fun loving life of the party guy is now pretty shy and puts on a good front when it comes to this issue. Most people have no idea I fight this nasty desease. Well its that time of year where I seem to do nothing but get overwhelmed and anxious. I can be overwhelmed and havent even gotten out of bed. That happened today. I was up, blood pressure sky rocketing feeling helpless so I had to call in sick. Then went into a deep sleep and I mean deep sleep dreaming I was at the beach but something wasnt right. Woke up just in time to make my 2:30 doctor appointment for my knee. Least I got good news there. But I have to admit, its embarrassing and madding because even the medication doesnt seem to help and then it makes you wonder what people think of you. Not to mention Ive let down my employees by not being there. If I lose my job, how do I pay the bills? How will I buy food? Well its in Gods hands now because I am at the end of my rope. Lets just hope tomorrow is a better day. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. This stuff is scary, I dont wish this on anyone.
