For those that follow the Global Warming debate, youve heard about the pause or hiatus in the warming over the past 18 years that did not fit any of the computer model projections. Well some scientists claimed that the heat obviously went into (hiding in) the deep oceans where one day it will all be released at once and then were all doomed. This goes with the catastrophic rise in sea level. Well, NASA just released their latest study that shows the temperatures in the deep sea havent warmed at all and may have cooled. The shallow has warmed but not enough to take into account the offset of lack of warming. Finally the sea level rise has been a paltry 0.5 millimeters a year. Measuring that insignificant tiny amount has proven troublesome by the various methods available. As with anything, give it enough time and eventually the truth will come out.
