For those that need it...make up work out. 5 rounds of each. Each exercise is 20 sec long. No break inbetween exercises. 1 minute break between sets. Warmup: jumping jacks prisoner squats diamond pushups duck unders mummy kicks. Rest 1 min and repeat 4 more times Round 1 one leg vertical jumps (20 sec each leg) t pushups burpees Rest 1 min and repeat 4 more times Round 2 squats seal pushups lunges cross body mountain climbers 20 sec plank high knees Finish it with 1 minute of supermans. 1 minute of bicycles, and a 2 minute plank.
