For those who are meditating daily, keep it going:-). For those struggling here is what I want you to do. Pick something routine you do daily. I suggest your morning and evening toothbrushing or face care. For those few minutes try to be very mindfully present during the action. So if you are brushing your teeth, then bring your thoughts to that action, as you catch yourself thinking of other things then bring your thoughts back to your present moment action of brushing your teeth. During the next two weeks of practicing mindfulness in this simple routine your brain will start applying this on its own volition during the day. You will start to realize during stressful moments that by refocusing on your present moment task, many of the stresses dissolve into nothing.(the needs and requirements can still be present, but here you find peace instead of stress) Be at peace
