For those who are not paypal verified, read this: https://paypal/us/webapps/helpcenter/article/?articleID=94053 Account Limitations and Verification Print Account Limitations and Verification Account limits and how to resolve them. Withdrawal limits For security reasons, $500 is the most you can withdraw from your PayPal account each month. If you want to withdraw more than $500 per month, just verify your bank account, debit card, or credit card information. If you dont have a PayPal account (for instance, you made a purchase on eBay as a Guest): You can send a one-time payment of up to $4,000. Transaction Limit for PayPal account holders You can send up to $10,000 in any one transaction. (This amount can vary depending on your currency.) Other kinds of limits If we notice a problem with your account, we limit what you can do with your account until you resolve the issue. We limit accounts to help protect you and other PayPal customers. We always send you an email to let you know why your account is limited. You can also see the reason when you log in to your account. Here are some reasons we may limit an account: To make sure that you authorized a recent transaction. A number of your customers reported problems with their transactions. We need more information about a recent change to your account. If you have more than one PayPal account, one account can affect the other. For example, if you have 2 PayPal accounts and we detect suspicious activity in one account, use of your other account may be temporarily limited, too. Or, when a parents account is limited, any Student Account associated with that account becomes limited, too. How to fix account limitations Its usually easy to resolve an account limitation. Most of the time, we just need some information about your account or latest transactions. To provide the information and find out what you can and cant do with your account until the issue is resolved, go to the Resolution Center. Heres how: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Resolution Center at the top of the page. Click Steps to Remove Limitation and follow the instructions If youve completed the suggested steps and your account is still limited, it means one of 2 things: We need more information, and weve sent you an email that asks for it. Were reviewing the information you provided and well email you with an update (usually within 3 business days). If youve submitted the information we requested in the Resolution Center but you havent received a reply email from us within the 3 business day period, please contact Customer Service. Click Contact Us at the bottom of any page. How long does it take to fix account limitations? The time it takes to restore access varies, depending on the type of issue.
