For those who are seeking balance in handstand- .. try the gymnastic way ... Ding Dong Bell version to find the center of your balance... use a wall just in case you fall over!! TIPS: keep those arms straight and suck your belly in to keep your balance. Then, once you found the balance consistently try going away from the wall; then progress to learning how to float up instead of kicking up..:)...namaste.
