For those who arent used to incorporating play into their day, they might say oh I cant do that as they watch this video. Not true. You can. Just maybe not yet. And you wont expand your repertoire of ways you can move & play until you start trying stuff out. Maybe you swing by the park and you work on hanging on the bars. Maybe you go and just use the grass to do crawling patterns. Start where you are. Go anywhere from there.
