For those who argued me up and down the other day that Rice has no grounds to sue the NFL, well, here we go. I was right. An Atlantic City law enforcement official claims to have sent the NFL the video back in april. Associated Press has a 12 second voicemail clip that was returned to law enforcment as confirmation that they did in fact see the video before handing down Rices punishment. I dont care how any of you feel about Rice and his DV incident, the NFL had NO right to punish him twice for the same act by taking away his job. I certainly hope Goodell resigns and Rice sues the living shit out of the NFL. Now cry and complain all you guys want to! I told you that Rice wasnt the one lying, the NFL was. He told the NFL what had happened, and nobody really needed to see the inside the elevator video evidence just to know that Rices wife had been hit. It was a no brainer.
