For those who dont understand how AfterBefore Apprentice-ship - TopicsExpress

For those who dont understand how AfterBefore Apprentice-ship Programme works... today I explain to you ya. AfterBefore is a very small production company and we specialize mainly in MICE photo & video. Sometimes we have very little job only ie 2-3 events a day (example as shown for this week schedule). Peak season... I no eye see. Yes, I am flying off to Korea to drink kopi with SNSD this week and at the same time events are happening at those date. 2-4 photogs/videog are out shooting just for 1 day. And therefore, I hire my team of RELIABLE photographers/videographers to do the job for me and I pay them based on clients requirement. For those who are under aprentice-ship programme I will let client know I am sending an additional training photog for him to gain experience. Once you done, I will review ure photos- give comment etc. My reliable PAID photog will review you and we will continue doing this until you are so bloody good I just want to go shoot all my events and GET PAID. My task is to see you improve ASAP if not I will give u plenty of SHIT to eat. (my previous graduates will know what I mean) So for those who wishes to join the aprentice-ship program think I ask you go shoot for Free is because I am taking advantage of you; 1. I already have a RELIABLE PAID photog to do the job. 2. Client only PAY for 1 photog. Hes not asking another more than that. 3. Your photos are for review... it has no value to me. I am getting bloody good photos from my PAID photographer already. 4. My super good Clients understand that I am super overworked that they allow me to bring in training photog because they want my photog to be able to perform like me... then I dont have to be soo overworked. 5. Those I trained and eat shit before, feel free to ask them my style and my expectations. Lastly, I wishes to tell you its not fun shooting non-stop 23 to 27 days in a month continuously from Jun- Dec for the last 6-7 years. I am tired. I wan to go Diving, drifting and enjoy life and partially retire. And I will be super happy and delighted if you can do my job and earn good money in your career and buy sport car. But the QUESTION IS: ARE YOU GOOD ENOUGH?
