For those who have been asking for updates on our housing, heres the latest: We are in Escrow, got the professional property inspection done yesterday, and the loan goes to underwriting Monday. The house is in good shape, except the roof. The next step is to negotiate concessions from the seller for various repairs. Heres a picture the inspector took from on top of the house, plus one I took from the front deck. We have a 15 mile view down into Mexico, including not only Sweetwater Reservoir, but also the Coronado Islands, and a thin but visible strip of Ocean!!! #Excited #YoureAllinvitedToTheHouseWarming
