For those who have been curious, the second installment of the AMP New Year, New You 12 week long competition ended today! THE GIRLS DID FABULOUSLY! We started with 25, ended with 20, and they all dropped on average of 20-35 pounds. One contestant dropped 50+. I KID YOU NOT! And this all happened in 12 weeks. Goes to show you anything is possible when you have a supportive team behind your back, accountability, and someone to really care about you. The winner will be determined today once the weigh ins come in (based on weight loss percentage). Each contestant put in $100 so the winner will be receiving $2500 and a photo-shoot with me (if they are local!). Saying I am proud of them would be an understatement. These women changed their lives and they did it day in and day out, never taking a break, always pushing themselves in the kitchen and in the gym/at home and exceeding all of my expectations of their growth. I think most people would find it funny how easy it is once you commit to the lifestyle. Furthermore after hosting two incredibly amazing, rewarding and impacting weightloss competitions I have decided to take a little hiatus for now.
