The winter is bitterly cold, making it almost impossible for many children to receive a normal education. Old windows and doors allow the cold to sneak in, causing young children, with inadequate clothing, to shiver constantly. Bilquies Welfare Trust has begun renovation on a school for children aged 6-18, most of whom come from very poor families.We will be replacing old stuff with new ones at the school, Alama Iqbal public School. Now, we urgently need to get the school equipped we desperately need to complete renovation of the whole school. If you can support this project, the Municipality will support the complete painting of the school from inside and outside, change the flooring, old tables and chairs with new ones, as well as invest in new whiteboards which will replace the old blackboards.
