For those who may be interested , I will finally find the time (Monday night) to fine-tune a 500-word (approximately) tale of mine & if I can ever become satisfied (I am my own hardest critic) that it is the absolute best that I can do , I will submit it to The Valley Planet (a local monthly publication) for their consideration via e-mail . Whether it will be received in time for their next edition is not yet known , but I have been friends with Jill Wood (the publisher) for years , she lives one block over from me , & she likes what I do & has has published me before . So if its a little late this month , itll probably be there next month . There is a lot going on in my life these days , time has become a precious commodity , ........... and I always thought that things were supposed to slow down with age .......... oh , well .
