Article 6 is clear about Home Rule municipalities and controls. However, our state is in a constitutional crisis. We have legislators, executives, and corrupt judges supporting COGA and unconstitutional statute (COGCC) with common law, and giving an unelected entity governing control of our state. Colorado is a Home Rule state, and We the People of Colorado never changed our constitution to make COGA, a 501c6 like the Chamber of Commerce, a governing authority using a legislative created unconstitutional statute, COGCC. DD Mallards recent summary judgment added a little more fuel to the proposed citizens federal class action, based on damages Longmont has paid for a summary judgment by a judge who was acting above her pay scale. Now, that being said, we can introduce some kick ass legislation as monkey wrench the statute common law arguments, while we allow the federal class action to ripen, giving us the strength to cut the head off COGAs dragon, COGCC.
