For those who were intending to catch The Loman Empire: The Sitcom - TopicsExpress

For those who were intending to catch The Loman Empire: The Sitcom this weekend alas you will have to make other plans. Due to a Cease and Desist order from the ICM partners who are executors to Arthur Millers Estate the run has now been cancelled. Congratulations to my mate and writer Danny McGinlay who has not only achieved controversy in his first outing as a playwright but has made a very good thing which Im proud to have directed. The cast have been superb. Russell Fletcher timing and comic instincts were joy, Lana Schwarcz PETA activism schtick was sublime , Jimmy James Eaton has funny bones and internal organs, Dennis Manahan is so versatile he could play Houdini with his arms tied behind his back, Lachlan Milsom should be a warm guy in LA, Lucy Horan & Katharine Burke could play sirens in hessian sacks and Kevin Lim & Chris Masters Mah unflinching commitment to delivering two lines is a credit to them. Our delightful and resolute sage manger and co producer Sarah Caufield should be cloned for all productions to utilise. If anyone wants a great tech who laughs at the same jokes all the time give Adrian Roach a call. dave Cudmore lit th thing like a champion and Lesya Bryndzia designed with flair and thrift while dealing with an insomniac infant. Thanks also to Aneke McCulloch at Seesault & Beau McCafferty & Mary Harvey at Darebin Arts for believing in our concert and fighting to keep it on the stage ... Stay tuned for our reality TV version of The Crucible performing.artshub.au/news-article/news/performing-arts/death-of-a-salesman-parody-shut-down-after-legal-threats-245951
