For todays Whats for Lunch Wednessday we are having sandwiches - on fresh baked bread. Few things smell quite as yummy as fresh baked bread.... Yummy Sweet Sandwich Bread in the bread machine: (place in machine in this order:) 1 cup 2tbsp room temp water 2tbsp oil (we used avocado) 2tbsp molasses 2 1/2 cups white bread flour 3/4 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup oat flour 2 tbsp. buttermilk powder 1 tsp. gluten 2 tbsp. sugar make a slight well in center for 1 packet yeast we usually use the dough setting and then bake it in the oven so we can get a nice sandwich loaf. If you chose to do that as well, place the dough in the pan & then let it rise for 30min. Then, bake for another 25-30 min at 350 degrees.
