From the moment you are saved, until the time you go to be with the Lord, every good work you do will be rewarded. It doesnt matter if man recognizes your works, God does. This was meant to be a huge encouragement to seek after only the mind of Christ. As we speak, there are Christians hopelessly striving after the approval of their pastor, their family, and their friends. Countless others are being paralyzed by what their peers might say. The lust for approval coupled with the fear of man is crippling. The influence of deceiving spirits in these two strongholds can make us do things we would never do. As believers, we should never allow ourselves to be trapped into coveting the endorsement of man. Such approval means nothing to God.
