For what its worth, I believe Auto Nation (Toyota) of Cerritos is guilty of misrepresentation. I was informed today that I needed four new tires and they listed the various treads left on each tire. The trouble was that one of the tires was practically brand new, as it had just been installed by AAA when I had a flat in August. The tire only had a couple thousand miles on it at best, yet they claim in was worn out to the point of being unsafe. Buyer beware!
