For years I never locked my car,often my garage door was open all night, and many times Id come home from work to find that my kids had gone to school and left the front door open all day, with nobody home. The reason I posted this little sarcastc comment, about this ficticious mans not stolen tools is because the theft at this Oakland job is prevalent, but for me suprising. Its unusual to me. Ive worked construction in the San Francisco area for 29 years and not experienced anything like what is happening on this job. You cant set your thoughts aside but somebody runs off with them.
