For years Ive been very health conscious. Ive always monitored salt and sodium because high blood pressure runs in my family. So go figure I end up with low blood pressure and the doctor says Im not eating enough salt. I workout too much and Im not drinking enough water. (Bus operator. Not always a bathroom around. Can only drink so much). Not really familiar with low blood pressure so if anyone out there has any experience or knowledge on how I get it together naturally please let me know.
