My heart is finally filling up.. My hardest thing to do is to put down the boundaries I put up for so many years.. Now Im turning my old triggers into forgiveness and love.. Once you realize that everyone is at there own level of consciousness, you will see there is no separation between us.. We have all lost, won, laughed, cried..we will all eventually die.. So after knowing all this.. The only path to happiness is through love.. Today.. Look at someone you love and gift them in your heart a loving gesture.. May it be a blessing or a prayer for them.. Also open your own heart and realize.. Judgement and love dont mix together.. Let go of your pain and know..
