For years this was a concept that I fought, i was never athletic and in fact I would come up with excuses to even get out of Gym class! I still get anxiety when I walk into gyms. It took until I was 40 and couldnt walk up the stairs without gasping for air that I knew I needed change. I DID NOT INSTANTLY LOVE IT! In fact I hated it!! Now I have FINALLY figured out that I DO want to be fit... It is not a bad word, and I can honestly say that without a workout in my day, I feel lost... So weird... Lol! Why didnt you athletes tell me what I was missing??
