For your consideration: Reiki’s Fifth Principle: Today, I will be kind to every living thing. Science has already proved that at the most basic level the energy of thought does influence matter. Physicists can now trace matter down to the core and advise that we are all made of the same energy with different vibrations. This means that everything you see is made up of the same energy as you; we all just vibrate at a different frequency.
