Force by any name is tyranny, and force by the president in direct opposition to Congress in the United States is illegal. No president has this kind of authority to act. On top of that, this act places the sanctity and safety of non-U.S. people above the sanctity and safety of U.S. citizens who are granted it by the Constitution. He must be stopped and kept in place, even if it means by force itself...remove the pen, remove his false sense of totalitarian authority.
