Forced arbitration violates our core principal. Always read the - TopicsExpress

Forced arbitration violates our core principal. Always read the fine print prior to signing anything. Our values are at risk and we are losing our rights as Americans and for legal action against credit companies which it seems like American Express has set the standards. Always looking out for the big businesses and never out for the small businesses or the consumers. I cant allow American Express to be a dictator of the people and of the US Supreme Court. Shady things have happened along the years. February 27, 2013 the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of forced arbitration instead of small businesses and consumers. Ruled in favor of American Express and big business. The consumers have lost almost all rights to legal action. For years and years the Fed has protected consumers and small businesses against unfair practices until recently. Was the US Supreme Court just doing their job or are they just in co hoots with the bad guys? All gets lost in the fine print. Every American should read this if they care about America. Im glad that I did.
