Forcing the Scottish government to set up, at our expense, a new tax-collecting bureaucracy, to collect our own income tax in a more transparent way, whilst completely ignoring the corporation and other taxes that we pay too, is simply a God-send to those in the rest of the UK who will want to argue that we are over-subsidised whingers. If accountability was a power, why have the powerful down the ages not clamoured for it?
