Forecast: MONDAY: 60% Rain Chance; Highs near 85 TUESDAY: 50% Rain Chance; Highs near 87 Details: Offshore showers will drift inland during your Monday morning and early afternoon. Throughout the afternoon and evening we will have on and off showers and perhaps a thunderstorm. Todays rain chance is largely due to the stationary boundary that has been in place for a week and a half, abundant moisture, and a low pressure that is transiting from Panama City, FL to Jacksonville throughout the day. Rain totals will average 0.5-1 with some isolated spots seeing around 2. High temperatures today will be held down by the clouds and showers, around 85 degrees. Skies dry out overnight, but then we will see a return of the showers again tomorrow. Rain chances really start to drop on Wednesday with a 40% chance, Thursday will only have a 30% chance for showers. The light at the end of the tunnel if you are sick of the rain is on Sunday.
