Weather Situation A high is centred over the northern Tasman Sea while a trough approaches the state from the west. The trough will cross Tasmania tonight, with a cold front to then cross the state tomorrow morning, bringing a cold and strong south to southwesterly change in its wake. A high will strengthen over the Bight tomorrow, with the airstream to ease over Tasmania on Monday as this high approaches, and the high to then move slowly to the east of the state on Tuesday.
