Forensic: Get this kids. This is rich. It is well known the alleged “perp” uses his computer to research, investigate, write, communicate, and more. Fairly long track record at this, with professionals praise coming his way. So the “authorities” sic a forensic-technology detective on the computer trail, searching hard drives, emails, postings, and otherwise doing due diligence looking over the one place you might find a smoking, or even a cocked, gun. Anything to support their “case.” What’s this trained professional find, according to his testimony? Nothing. Not a thing but the normal conduct of a competent and skilled citizen. Of a concerned dad tired of the unjust bullshit he’s dealing with, as are others. A guy who knows what he’s doing, can add up two plus two, and can articulate those conclusions. No indication of any propensity towards violence; in fact, he finds the exact opposite. Nothing. They should have dropped their witch-hunt right there, upon getting his report. They didn’t, continuing to fabricate, invite perjury, and throw mud to cover their corrupt asses. And try and kill the guy. Still are. And, folks, that’s also clearly exculpatory. No evidence of stalking or any other criminal conduct, though they later declared he displayed a “high-level of criminal sophistication” using his computer; how’s that line up? It doesn’t kids. All the detective found was a knowledgeable guy exercising his constitutional rights, including free speech and inquiry, designed to check illegitimate tyranny. Again, authoritarianism of the worst sort—according to the extant evidence. Truth & love, do you think they should be seen as threats to the proper order of the world, our world? Do you think independence and democracy are a threat to a decent world? As one esteemed scholar said “Power remains strong when it remains in the dark; exposed to the sunlight it begins to evaporate.” What are the motives and factors that drive the decisions of Merced authorities—truth, my love for you more, or their protection from even scrutiny let alone accountability. And I assure you both, the last one thing I wanted to find was the dark side. And I surely didn’t want to witness the ugliness of my sister and others. That all seemed so unnecessary then, as it remains to me. Love forever, dad. (January 3, 2015)
