Forever I can remember hearing every thought Ive ever had! I can still remember the first night my mum brought home a disc of whale noises to try an let me sleep. My thoughts were this is painfully horrid luckily mum also had a disk with rainforest sounds part of this worked. So I got my older sister CD player and a cd so I could play the rain and thunder on repeat. I used that cd for close to three years! There was one other thing that stopped the inner dialog, fighting it was the most peaceful experience I had. It was in grade three I found this but we all know you cant go around fighting people to make the voices stop that sounds crazy. Now I add one Clubbells, with no intention just movement it all slows down lowers the volume and I relax. Its a feeling of pins and needles on my skull but in a good way. Silence is bliss!!
