Forgive me for over thinking this but here goes: We hired a group to investigate and collect applications for the Superintendent of our Schools. They immediately moved the goal post so as to exclude some Educators from the process ( wink-wink ) I imagine they thought this would bring the best of the best to the fore front. The conclusion that they came to after all these months, and all the money they spent was,(and im not hating on them personally, because we all make mistakes)-But the best they came up with is one candidate who as far as text messages are concerned is equally or worse than the one we got rid of. I was impressed with the Lady candidate, but still tainted. Yes we had someone home grown right here, who should have been looked at. There were those Im sure on the list that have shown integrity in the workplace that far supersedes artificially placed guidelines, whos end results produced our finalist. This is my opinion alone, and Im sticking to it. I will work with the last man or woman standing. Feel free to attack, like or share on this rant
