Forgive me its a while since I voted at polling station (postal voter now) but can someone talk me through the process when you go into vote. Your name gets checked against a list, and I thought the UIN was recorded on the sheet (or whatever) against your name - is this right, or do they just score off your name without recording the UIN number? Also not heard another peep about those 10 people who went to vote in Glasgow only to be told they had already voted - still stinks and if you were going to target anywhere you might try Glasgow (which also had a 10% lower than average turnout rate). This smell refuses to go away.
