Forgiveness - Corrie experienced much suffering and persecution in the Ravensbruck and other concentration camps during WWII but she speaks of how God overcame her hatred and gave her the ability to love even her enemies. I especially love how, when speaking about suffering in the future, she casually waves her hand and confidently says (in her lovely Dutch accent) Oh, but my times are in Gods hands. We will go through suffering. Our liberty will be threatened and perhaps taken away. But there is one thing that cannot be taken away.
