Forgiveness is something my dad instilled in me. He told me if you hold unforgiveness in your heart it is like a spider web. In time your heart will be full of old cobwebs and the pain left by the person you need to forgive still remains there. You dont have to forget or not deal with the situation but eventualy you have to forgive and not hold on to that pain. Heal. Rebuild. Move forward and do not look back. I truly believe that for whatever reason events in my life had no justice in the end, but God promises in Psalms 94 that he will have vengeance for his children. It is not our trial, it is not our judgement call, IT IS NOT IN OUR TIME BUT GODS TIME, and in the end the creator of all things giveth life and takes it away. I have found forgiveness for those who have physically, mentally, verbally and foolishly hurt me. They tried to diminish the light within me. Because of this instead of reliving it in mind, I realease it and I have written 2 New songs. I feel so many more pouring out of my lips and onto my music book of justice to my soul. God made me a survivor, a truth seeker and a musician/vocalist thats ready to sing my story and help heal those that need a voice. I finally had to tell my baby why I missed holidays with her. Why mommy stayed here and wasnt with her yet. Why mommy has headaches, nightmares and still has a few more doctor appointments, and why I havent been singing out and about like I was born to do. Sadly she wasnt surprised and said his switch does flip sometimes. So this also means I must forgive myself for not making better choices in relationships. Then the next day my Judy started karate and found a way to release her pain and she said she imagined it being his face...... Then she thought about it and said mommy we need to pray for him. ;) so we did. STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THE TIME IS NOW!
