Former Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Lester Bird had an embarrassing episode in front of a large crowd at the National Stadium in the island when his pants came tumbling off his waist just as he was making his way to be knighted. At first his bodyguards did not notice the falling pants but when they did, they hurriedly helped him pick it back up IT IS CLEAR HE WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO GET THE AWARD!
