Former Honourable Foreign Minister of France about Kurd nation state. I know Kurdish people since forty years. The first signal is very important one you are sharing..at work in Gender balance....of course the quality of gender balance could not be build overnight. It takes time but you are in a very important track facing the rest of the Middle East. You are not only talking but you are trying to build up human rights attitudes inside the worlds human rights. The region where rule of the law will be followed. During my all stay I didnt hear between the different Sunnis & Shias. No religion mix with the state. No state mix with the religion. I know this is a dream but you are building of the dream. Unfortunately, the rest of the world doesnt know.
