Former President Marc Ravalomanana had always expressed in Malagasy language when he made a speech in Madagascar, and when he is abroad, he speaks in English. The President Hery Rajaonarimapianina , he always speaks in French ,in Madagascar or abroad. Premier Roger Kolo, he made his speech publicly in French only, he also presented his program in French before the Malagasy National Assembly.
