Former Superintendent Edith Gongole-Weh takes on LPR Alphonso Zean Soe Ebola and Politics 9/28/14 at 3:30 PM The current National health crisis in Liberia for the time being is bringing together politicians from all sides to talk on one agenda. The Nimba County Caucus, Republic of Liberia held a major rally today September 27, 2014 in the fight against “Ebola”. Law Makers and prominent Nimbanians, politicians and the civil society converged on the City of Monrovia to find amicable solution and importantly to raise cash to support the county initiative against Ebola. Among prominent citizens at the well-attended rally was Former Superintendent Mrs. Edith Gongole-Weh Senatorial candidate in the 2014 Special Elections to take place in the 15 fifteen political sub-divisions. Liberia Public Radio “LPR” Congressional Correspondent in Liberia Zoe Horace met with Mrs. Gongole-Weh to spend a time with LPR about her retort and her honest thought on the rally. Additionally, LPR has learned that Mrs. Edith Gongole-Weh is contesting the 2014 Senatorial Seat of Nimba County, Republic of Liberia. Early May of 2014 Madame Edith Gongole-Weh expressed serious concern about lack of equity within the governance structure of Liberia. Is there any improvement? If not what is responsible.
