Former senior civil servant, Prof Jim Gallagher, joins the Better Together team as Policy and Strategy adviser; Im pleased to be joining the Better Together team at this crucial time in Scotlands history. My role is that of adviser on policy and strategy isses, and Ill be helping the campaign develop the arguments that explain the positive case for remaining in the United Kingdom, and how a strong Scottish Parliament fits into that. Its clear the majority of Scots want a powerful Scottish Parliament to take decisions in Scotland, as well as retaining the strength and security of the UK.
