Formerly, plaintiffs trial lawyers were maliciously stigmatized,chastised, and defamed for suing corporate offenders for negligence or products liability or any number of other torts, whether statutory, business, or personal. They checked and balanced, having served a salutary purpose in assuring the integrity and safety of American manufactured or produced goods and services; navigation and aviation; building practices and transportation; shipping and warehousing; and all manner of working conditions and work places plus places of amusement. Yet, their ranks have been decimated by the kill the plaintiffs lawyer crowd of frivolous litigation-screaming insurers, Republican-plutocrats and their silk stocking sycophant-lawyers, whose media assaults, rules changes, judicial appointments, etc, have adversely impacted these private attorneys-generals work effort and their clients lives. Now, because the left hand washes the right, big-firm defense lawyers, who formerly profited from the handsome fees generated by plaintiffs litigation, are now being phased-out, themselves, due to the lack of work, which plaintiffs lawyers formerly generated, until the exorbitant-costs of litigations screws were tightened! Now the entire legal profession itself is at risk! And with it, American safety, security, commerce, and public health. Stay tuned!
