Fort Benning, GA - Nurse (APRN Practitioner/Family Practice) Clinic: The purpose of the work is to ensure a high level of health care for primary care patients with chronic and acute illnesses. The incumbent is responsible for facilitating the medical care of the patients in the outpatient setting, in addition to developing the plan of care. This includes participation in patient education in order to promote the effective involvement of patients in their care.
