Fort Wayne: We expect to have power restored to 90 percent of Fort Wayne-area customers by 6 p.m. today, and the remainder by 2 p.m. Thursday. The outages are the result of heavy snow, rain and wind, causing trees to fall into lines and directly affecting lines.
