Fortunate to hold a fly designed and tied by Billy Sandifer my buddy Don from Roys Bait and Tackle gave me it while fly fishing with him a few months ago on Josephine Island. We spoke about all these patterns and I mention to him about a fly Billy showed during a seminar at Roys. And Don reached in his fly box and he pulled out one of these flies and gave it to me This pattern has caught crevelle and tarpon all up and down the PINS for many years and still to this day. Billy Sandifer is now retired from guiding but his contribution to flyfishing the PINS will be around forever and Im pretty fortunate to have a piece of that
