Fortune smiled upon me today. A store close to me had a customer service issue where corporate sent them a Smash bundle to diffuse the situation, but it had been over a week and the customer had not picked it up. They said I could purchase it. Score! Then I was browsing for Christmas decorations at Target and noticed they had a sign for a free $15 gift card with purchase of Smash Bros for Wii U. I asked them how it worked and they said someone forgot to take down the sign from Black Friday, but if I wanted the game, they would just take $15 off. I went ahead with it and got an additional 5% off by using my Target card. I will use this as my playing copy and leave the bundle sealed for now as a hard earned collectors piece! Sorry for the long story but I was so stoked to acquire these items!
