Foss Harbor Boaters, remember to have your new Washington Vessel Registration displayed by the 31st! The State Department of Revenue will be inspecting boats on the Foss Waterway on Thursday, July 31st and they will be sending late notices and possibly citations to boat owners not displaying current registration.
