Found closer and less expensive Grass-Fed non-GMO beef. :) bringhurstmeats/products/bulk.html They are NOT certified organic...HOWEVER, after speaking to the lady at the shop they basically are but do not have the certification. The cows are all grass-fed and their fields are NOT treated. BOOM! I like this option better than the one I posted over the weekend because I can pick what I want for less $$$....although I can FINALLY cook a delicious pot roast, we eat more steaks, London Broil, and ground meat here these days vs. pot roasts.
