Found my Garmin watch was dead when I was en route to track night. Quickly downloaded this app. Was easy to use and somewhat amusing - the notification to shift speeds was a typical coach whistle and I had the sound up - it echoed around the empty bowl of stands in the stadium and made more than one person in the field or on the track look for Coach.
