Found my houses in the property press being advertised unexpectedly. Feeling betrayed, as the bank gave me mixed messages with an Auckland guy leading me to believe action was on hold pending a possible bailout, while their defaults division does whatever they please, including getting the real estate agent to manipulate my tenants into letting them in to take photos last week before I knew anything about it. Its the second time the bank has interfered with my tenancies, and the ombudsman complaint last time sided with the bank! Ive made a second complaint to the banking ombudsman but probably need to make a complaint to the real estate body also. Meanwhile, I am not happy about being bullied into potential homelessness, without a fair chance to remedy the situation... however trying to find a way to remain positive and embrace whatever comes, for the good of my health.
