Found out something I didnt know about my favorite place to eat in KDH. Talked to one of the owners of the Blue Point in Duck, Cindy Mcgann, and she told me the Bad Bean Baja Grill is the only place in OBX where she and Sam ever go to eat. The owner of the Bad Bean trained at The French Laundry in Napa. And the chef, Matt Payne, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (New York) who worked at the Left Bank as well as the Blue Point.
